Thanks for choosing The Boba Place ("we", "our", "us"). By visiting our store, browsing this site, placing an order, or joining Boba Buddies (our rewards program), you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Boba Buddies account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.

• Menu prices and availability can change without notice. Limited-edition drinks are first-come, first-served.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Cash orders may include exact-change tendering — please count your change before leaving the counter.
• A card surcharge may apply, displayed at checkout. Sales tax is added per Idaho rates.

If something's wrong with your order — a wrong drink, an over/under-sweet brew, or a missing modifier — let our team know at the counter and we'll remake it or refund you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• 1 point per $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
• Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
• Rewards (free toppings, free drinks) are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• We may adjust point earn rates, reward thresholds, and program rules at any time.
• Points cannot be earned on tax, tips, gift card purchases, or already-redeemed rewards.

Online orders are prepared for in-store pickup. We aim to have your drink ready within the estimated time shown at checkout. If we can't fulfill an order, we'll refund you in full.

You agree not to:

• Use this site or our services for any unlawful purpose;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to break our systems;
• Impersonate another customer or staff member;
• Abuse the rewards program (fraudulent points, fake accounts, etc.).

The Boba Place name, logo, drink imagery, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may share menu photos on social media for personal, non-commercial use — please tag us!

Our drinks may contain milk, soy, nuts, sesame, and other allergens. Please ask a barista if you have concerns. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

This site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that this site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Boba Place will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the new Terms.
